Summary:

Do you love social media? Do you love hair? Do you love being on social media talking about hair?! If you do – we’ve got a role for you. FOXYBAE is looking for a host to join our FOXY team here in sunny Santa Monica, CA. This person would support our social media channels to connect and help grow our community by doing Instagram and TikTok lives two times a week.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Come to our HQ in Santa Monica, CA to film lives out of our studio
• Work with our production team to collaborate on live concepts and ideas to drive strong engagement, customer growth, and sales
• Be a representation of the FOXYBAE girl through a lively, positive and upbeat presence
• Be our FOXYBAE social media spokesperson
• Must be comfortable being on camera, engaging with viewers during lives, and working off of loose scripts that the team will provide
• Must have good knowledge of hair products and styling tools to be able to talk about products and show how to use products on our social handles
• Must be a collaborative team player who is open to creating content with a team
• Someone who has an existing social following and is interested in continuing to grow their own online presence

How you’d work with others and how we’d support you!

• Internal team alignment on live concepts for the month
• We would set dates for your live streams and promote them through social posts and stories leading up to those live dates
• Work with our FOXYBAE Content Producer to finalize storytelling details, duration of lives, and format guardrails that align with our overall brand story and message while still allowing your personality and creativity to shine.
• We’ll provide you a quick checklist to help keep expectations and content goals clear and organized
