IN YOUR NEW ROLE

As Director, Product Management, you’ll lead Boosted’s DTC sites, which are key revenue drivers. We’re looking for a senior product leader to own the end-to-end Shopify experience and drive measurable impact. This is a hands-on, strategic, and execution-focused role where you’ll directly shape the Boosted DTC experience and help drive growth across our brands.

This role exists to answer one question: “What should we build next, and how do we ship it fast and well?”

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the Shopify roadmap, translating business priorities into features, UX improvements, and CRO initiatives
  • Lead development execution, managing sprints, releases, and site reliability
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing across product pages, funnels, checkout, and merchandising
  • Partner with Marketing on landing pages, promotions, and product launches
  • Support paid traffic campaigns with fast, reliable site experiences
  • Quickly implement creative and messaging tests to optimize performance
  • Partner with Analytics to consume insights and recommendations, define success metrics, and implement product changes based on LTV, cohort behavior, and segment performance
  • Provide execution feedback and feasibility guidance to ensure recommendations are actionable
  • Incorporate customer feedback to improve navigation, clarity, and overall purchase experience
  • Balance speed, quality, and scalability while maintaining a clear backlog and prioritization framework

TO BE THE BEST FIT FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in product management, DTC product ownership, or a top-tier strategy consulting firm; Shopify experience is a plus
  • Data-driven, with strong CRO and UX sensibilities, and a track record of using insights to drive product decisions and measure success
  • Skilled at leading and motivating cross-functional teams, including developers, in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing strategic roadmap planning with hands-on execution

BOOSTED COMMERCE OFFERS:

  • Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
