As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll support the Account Management Team in executing client campaigns. We’re looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

What You'll Achieve

  • Provide screenshots to clients for new campaigns.
  • Create keyword lists and build demo pages.
  • Update and organize Salesforce (Customer Relationship System)
  • Programmatic Production Fees Setup in Ad Manager system
  • Enhance visual appeal with formatting excel, PPT, etc.
  • Help Account Managers with setting up and monitoring campaigns
  • Help with additional tasks that specific campaigns may require
  • Building reports in excel

Skills You'll Bring

  • Current student or recent graduate
  • Experience in digital advertising (work or intern) a plus
  • Proficient in Mac and Google tools
  • Salesforce/CRM proficiency a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of numbers
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-focused mindset
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and G-suite skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of the industry and digital landscape
  • Self-starter, eager to learn, and pursue a career in digital space
  • Fluent in German
  • Business-level English skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to build internal relationships easily
  • Adaptable and resilient to changing business needs
