Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

As a Senior Product Designer at Measurabl, you will play a key role in informing and executing on product design strategy across our organization and product suite. In this role, you’ll dive into complex projects, addressing both user and business needs, and developing innovative design solutions in a data-driven environment. You’ll have the opportunity to create user-centered designs that enhance workflows and elevate user experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to impact industry standards for digital solutions in the ESG and commercial real estate space.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate on the design of intuitive, efficient user experiences that simplify complex data workflows, delivering a seamless user experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and evolve our design system, ensuring consistent, usable, and delightful design patterns that help scale our solutions.
  • Build robust information architectures and user workflows that align with customer needs, optimizing for clarity and ease of use.
  • Contribute to a lean design approach that emphasizes iteration and customer feedback while working toward a long-term design vision.
  • Provide strong written and oral communications to align teams, effectively articulating design decisions and collaborating with stakeholders across teams.
  • Represent the voice of the customer for the global enterprises Measurabl serves, ensuring that our designs meet their evolving needs.

Education & Experience:

We have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at Measurabl. We understand though that knowledge comes from many forms of learning and experiences. Above all, we consider a person’s potential impact in the role and value their unique path to this point in their career.

  • 5-7 years of experience in a product design role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user interface design, with an emphasis on intuitive user workflows and clear information architecture..
  • Proven experience developing design systems, collaborating with both Design and Engineering teams to maintain consistency and scalability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present design concepts and solutions clearly.
  • Strong user research skills; experience leading discovery and user feedback sessions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment, while staying aligned with larger business and design objectives.
  • Experience with complex data management, ESG, and/or proptech solutions are a plus
