Who we’re looking for:

We’re seeking someone to be at the forefront of shaping our company's strategic direction through data-driven insights. You will play a pivotal role in gathering, analysing, and translating complex data into actionable strategies, empowering Omaze to make informed decisions and drive growth. If you're a proactive, data-savvy professional with a passion for turning information into innovation, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Collect and analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities that will influence the business roadmap
  • Transform complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive faster growth and maximise customer LTV
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
  • Design and execute A/B tests, and other experiments, to validate hypotheses and derive insights
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence and data analytics

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience in a data focused role, with a strong background using GA4 and Looker
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with GA4, including implementation, event tracking, conversion funnel tracking, and custom reporting
  • A track record of building a high level of data maturity within a growing business
  • The ability to create powerful and compelling stories through the use of data and insight
  • A proactive drive to be leading and influencing the direction of the business
