About the Job

Happy customers and thrilled winners are at the absolute heart of everything we do at Omaze. We’re looking for a Project Manager: Winner Relationship to deliver a standout, high-touch experience for our winners in Germany. You'll be their dedicated point of contact from the second they get that life-changing phone call, all the way through prize fulfillment and beyond.

Winning an amazing prize like a multi-million-euro house, a luxury car, or a huge cash payout is obviously a dream come true, but it can actually be a bit overwhelming for people. We are looking for someone who can step in as a warm, empathetic, and highly organized guide. Your job is to make sure every winner feels the love and celebration they deserve while easing them through a completely seamless experience.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Customer Support, and our Property and Prize partners to keep processes smooth and timelines on track. You will help protect the magic of the Omaze brand while making sure every winner experience is compliant, well-managed, and memorable.

What You’ll be doing

  • Own end-to-end winner relationship management for Germany, from notification to fulfilment and post-win wrap-up.

  • Be the primary point of contact for winners, responding quickly and empathetically in German.

  • Build genuine relationships with winners while setting clear expectations on timelines and next steps.

  • Coordinate winner logistics and documentation, including verification steps, contracts, and approvals, in close partnership with Legal and Operations.

  • Partner with internal teams to plan winner communications, milestones, and key moments, ensuring a consistent, joyful tone.

  • Track progress against timelines and proactively flag risks, delays, or issues, proposing solutions early.

  • Maintain accurate records and winner status updates, ensuring strong organisation, confidentiality, and audit-ready documentation.

  • Support planning and execution of winner-facing moments such as content capture, handovers, and PR or marketing activity (where applicable).

  • Gather insights from winner experiences and feedback to improve processes, messaging, and the overall journey.

About You

  • You have experience in relationship management, customer experience, concierge services, account management, or high-touch customer support.

  • You are a clear, confident communicator, able to build trust quickly and handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.

  • You are highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple winners or timelines at once.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm when plans change.

  • You are proactive and solutions-focused, spotting problems early and taking ownership to resolve them.

  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy collaborating across teams to get things done.

  • You can balance “making magic” for winners with operational rigor, compliance needs, and process discipline.

  • Travel regularly across Germany for winner reveals (winners can live anywhere in the country)

  • German and English are business fluent (written and spoken).
