About The Role

The Pacaso Sales Team provides best-in-class experience in introducing the co-ownership model and bringing on new prospective buyers within specified markets. As a Regional Manager you will play a critical, elevated role in delivering an exceptional experience for Pacaso buyers.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a fast growing rocket ship with a seasoned team of successful leaders in the real estate and property tech space.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop top-of-funnel buyers against Pacaso’s ideal customer profile through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up—consistently meeting monthly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) goals to drive pipeline growth.
  • Manage a personal book of business of both new and legacy leads as well as SQL contacts through disciplined pipeline management, leveraging CRM tools to track progress, maintain hygiene, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Meet or exceed daily activity targets by working 60+ leads and contacts per day through structured multi-step cadences (calls, emails, texts), while scheduling approximately 3 buyer consultations per day.
  • Partner closely with Regional Managers and Directors to seamlessly hand off qualified leads, collaborate on deal strategy, and drive pipeline momentum.
  • Consistently log detailed notes, stage updates, and buyer insights in the CRM to support accurate forecasting and cross-functional visibility.
  • Facilitate approximately 12 virtual or in-person home tours monthly, leveraging deep market knowledge and inventory fluency to guide prospective buyers through the Pacaso model.
  • Gather and share insights on buyer sentiment, local trends, and acquisition opportunities with Sales, Marketing, and Acquisitions to influence go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver a best-in-class, customer-centric experience at every touchpoint, representing Pacaso’s mission and collaborative culture.
  • Travel up to twice per month for in-market buyer meetings, team collaboration, and regional support as needed.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in new acquisitions sales or real estate sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving sales targets
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • You’re achievement driven, competitive, with high ethical values and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with internal and external awareness.
  • Willingness to work varied schedules based on market needs and response SLAs.
  • BA or college degree preferred
  • Real Estate license or tour experience preferred

Compensation

  • Base Salary 80-85k with monthly bonus
