About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Content Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced marketing team. In this role, you'll support the execution of social campaigns, paid ads, blog posts, guides and whitepapers, sales and product collateral, training content, and more. You'll work cross-functionally with team members across content, product marketing, communications, sales, and enablement—helping us deliver high-quality assets faster and more consistently.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who excels at writing and storytelling, enjoys variety in their work, is facile with design and basic video editing, and is excited to bring creative ideas to life.

You’ll play a critical role in keeping up with demand for social content and other marketing materials, working directly with internal subject matter experts, materials, and supporting marketing efforts that drive enterprise growth and product adoption.

Role Summary

The Content Marketing Associate is responsible for executing written content across marketing channels, with a primary focus on clarity, conversion, and consistency of voice. This role supports demand generation, product marketing, events, and brand content through high-volume, high-quality copy production.

This is an execution-heavy writing role, not a thought leadership or strategy role.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Draft, design and schedule organic and paid social posts for campaigns, partnerships, product updates, and events.
  • Support the creation and ongoing updates of marketing collateral, including emails, sales decks, product one-pagers, and internal training documents.
  • Assist with media relations and PR, including drafting press releases and product announcements in collaboration with marketing leadership.
  • Assist in creating scripts, outlines, or rough edits for training and demo videos
  • Help manage the content calendar and keep internal asset libraries organized and up to date
  • Maintain templates and templatized content, while adding the detail and polish that high-visibility content demands
  • Write and maintain copy for:
    • Landing pages
    • Paid ads
    • Email campaigns
    • Webinar descriptions and follow-up communications
    • Social media posts and captions
    • Blogs and short-form articles
    • Guides and downloadable content
  • Repurpose and curate existing content across channels
  • Support pre- and post-event marketing execution
  • Maintain templates and templatized content, while adding the detail and polish that high-visibility content demands
  • Collaborate with design and marketing leads to align copy with visuals and goals
  • Review, edit, and format content to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment across assets

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Core Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing, content, or communications role
  • Strong writing and editing fundamentals, including ability to write concise, conversion-oriented copy and comfort writing for multiple formats and audiences
  • A creative mind who is excited to tell Pearl’s story consistently through top-notch content
  • A willingness to learn and take initiative in a collaborative, high-output environment
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong writing and editing fundamentals, including ability to write concise, conversion-oriented copy and comfort writing for multiple formats and audiences
  • Familiarity with social platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to create and edit content in Figma, Google Slides, Docs, with a good eye for structure and presentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Basic understanding of marketing funnels and audience intent

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Advertising copywriting and/or editorial writing experience
  • A degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field of study
  • Hubspot or similar CRM experience
  • CMS management experience
  • Basic design or layout skills
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Landing page setup experience
  • Experience working in a B2B, SaaS, or healthcare tech environment
  • Exposure to Notion, Figma, and Google Slides
  • Comfort using generative AI tools as part of a content production workflow
